これからは如何にドイツ後と違いを出すか。
日本サッカー界の地力に期待したいし自分もなにができるかを考えたい
個人的に今大会からの教訓として４年後に修正すべきだと考える点は以下です：
１．特定の選手に依存しないチーム作り
メンバーを固定し、特定の選手ありきのチームを４年間じっくり作るというアプローチではなく、誰が入ってもある程度機能するチームを作っていくべきだと思います。
２．所属チームでの成績を重視した選手選考
１を踏まえて上で、既に現在多くの日本人選手が海外で活躍しており、「ヨーロッパにいるから」、「ビッグクラブにいるから」といった基準で選手を選考する時期は終わったのではないかと。Jリーグ、海外含めて所属チームで結果を出している選手をその都度代表に呼びながら、流動的に４年間かけてチームを構築していく方向に本格的に舵を切るべきです。
３．戦術の引き出しを増やす
２を踏まえて、その時々で集まった選手の特徴を生かした戦術を試しつつ引き出しを増やす。
機動性・スピード・運動量を生かした日本の攻撃サッカーは良い選択だと思います。それをベースに戦術を多様化していければ、今回のように左サイドを封じられて何もできなくなる状況を回避できるはず。
選手の海外進出も増え、ビッグクラブへ移籍する選手が現れてきた。代表に選ばれなくてもブンデス１部で中心線主として活躍している選手が居るような、日本サッカーのプレゼンスが今までに無いくらい大きくなっている今だからこそこれからは「名」より「実」をより強調したチーム作りを進めるべきではないかと考えます。
例えば感情的でなく、次への反省材料として何が悪かったんでしょうか。
・ 代表チーム監督の経験がない監督をジーコに続き、また採用した事
→ クラブと代表の仕事はぜんぜん違う、代表チーム監督の経験がある事を最優先課題とする。
・ 主目的が勝つ事ではなく、よく解らないけど凄い事をやろうとした事
→ W杯で１つでも上に上がる最善手として一番いいやり方は何か、今大会やCLで、弱い国を参考にする。
・ ザッケローニというビアホフとタレント頼みのゴリ押しクソサッカーで名声を得た、
スペインの模倣には全く適さない人材であり、既に終わったという評価の監督を選択した事
よく解らないけど元ミランの監督という程度で何故評価してたのか、まだゼーマンの方が適任だった。
→ 監督が有名であることを求めない、もしくはその名声は真実かを吟味する。
・ 毎試合、北海道－台湾間を移動するようなキャンプ地を選んだ事。
→ 合理的な選択をする。

○先発の布陣
突破の決まっていたコロンビアは先発8人を入れ替えてフレッシュな陣容でした。対する日本は青山敏弘をチョイス。狙いは明らかですし、ここに来て遠藤保仁をあきらめたということなのかなとも思いました。大久保嘉人の1トップ起用を含めて、縦への速さを出していこうということ、前からボールにアタックしようという意識は感じられました。
○今野のPK
立ち上がりからアグレッシブな守備で相手を押し込んだ日本。コロンビアはシュート0本という状況だったわけですが、結果としてその突撃マインドが裏目に出たのが、PKのシーンでした。判定自体は妥当なものだと思います。相手が内側を向いていたわけでもなかったですし、スライディングに行った判断自体がミスだったと思います。
○ハーフタイムから
難しかったのは、そして勝負を分けたのも、ハーフタイムでしょう。前半終了間際の得点で同点に追い付いたわけですが、かなりドタバタな試合になりつつありました。ギリシャがリードしていたこともあって、いったん落ち着けたいという指示だったように見えました。そして恐らくJ・ロドリゲスを投入してコロンビアが後半立ち上がりから加速し、勝負に出てきたのは想定外……。この後半立ち上がりの攻防が、悔やまれます。
○交代策
山口蛍の投入は理解できます。カウンターをケアした判断は間違いではない。青山を下げたのも、これは本当に難しい判断だったと思います。長谷部誠の出来は決して悪くなかったですから。ただ、結果として日本のパスワークに縦への速さがなくなりました。柿谷曜一朗を投入しての2トップへの変更は、相手が引いて固める状況では機能せず。岡崎慎司を下げたのも含めて、結果として裏目に出たと思います。
○4失点について
最後は守備陣が消耗し切っている中で、相手の逆襲を止め切れませんでした。これはもう試合の流れとして仕方ない部分も大きかったと思います。大会を通じて素晴らしいプレーをしていた内田篤人も、最後は恐らくヒザの怪我の影響でしょう。プレーの強度が大きく下がっていました。内田のところに交代枠を使えればというのも、結果論ではないかと……。
○3試合の結果論として
代表チームは「時間」がありません。日本はこれまでJリーグでほとんどの選手がプレーしている利を生かして他国より多くの「時間」を割くことで代表をチームとして強化してきました。今回の代表はそれができない中でする初めての挑戦でした。時間のない代表の強化はある程度の博打になります。かつてジダンに依存したフランス代表が彼の不在で失墜したように。
今回のチームで言えば、香川真司と岡崎慎司があそこまで機能しないというのは想定外だったと思います。遠藤保仁のパフォーマンスがあそこまで落ちてしまったのも、また然り。結果論で言えば、彼らをもっと早く見切るべきだったのでしょうが、容易ではない決断ですし、代わりの選手がやれるかも未知数だったと思います。
○4年後に向けて
日本サッカーの歩みがこれで終わるわけではありませんが、“ザックジャパン”はこれで解散となりました。新監督の下で新チームを編成していくことになるでしょう。年齢的に今大会がピークとなる選手が多かっただけに、新監督には世代交代も求められることになると思います。どの選手を次大会の「ベテラン」として残し、いかに若手を発掘していくか。大きな課題になると思います。年代的にはロンドン五輪に出ていた世代が中核となるでしょうが、その下のリオ五輪世代（現・U-21日本代表）からも新世代の台頭がなければ、W杯で勝てるチームにはなれないでしょう。
繰り返しますが、これで日本サッカーの歩みが止まるわけではありませんし、止めてはいけません。いま感情的になるのは仕方ないですが、「負けたからすべてが悪かった」と乱暴に総括するのではなくて、建設的な議論ができればと思っています。
