松本、東京、鳥栖はどこもパスサッカーではないけれど、別にアンチフットボールではないと思う。
むしろ、ハイプレスからのショートカウンターは最近の流行り。

『日刊スポーツ』さんは、シャビの他にもスナイデルなどを獲得する可能性を報じています。もし、これが実現すれば、競技的にも商業的にも面白くなりますね。ただ、正直なところを言えば……。
仮にシャビが移籍するにしても、金銭面で選ぶならば、より良い条件を提示できる米国、中国、インド、あるいは中東のリーグを選ぶでしょう。また、引退後、監督になることを見据えて“バルサ外”へ経験を積みにいくなら、ドイツ、イングランド、イタリアのような欧州トップレベルのリーグのチームに行くはず。
せめてシャビが特別に突き抜けた親日家というならばその可能性も出てくると思いますが、そんな話は聞いたことありません。FC東京が実際にアクションを起こしていると仮定しても、日本に呼び寄せるのは至難の技でしょうね。
最後にこれは個人的に思っているだけなんですが、どうせJリーグに来るならロングボール主体のサッカーをしている鳥栖に来てみてほしいですね。まず馴染めないような気もしますが、そうなったときにシャビは一人で鳥栖のサッカーを激変させるのでしょうか。それとも単に埋没してしまうのでしょうか。あるいは苦し紛れに「アンチフットボール」の言葉が飛び出すのかもしれませんが。
