本日(6/16)、浦和レッズと水戸ホーリーホックからGKに関する移籍の発表がありました。

まず、レッズサポとしては今回のギシさんの移籍は寂しいですね。だた、プロである以上当然の決断といえます。ずっとレッズでやってきたわけですから、他のチームを経験することは色々な面でプラスになると思います。結局試合にでてなんぼですからね。プロは・・・。
岩舘 直選手に関しては、正直どんな選手かわかりませんが、本間選手がいてなかなか試合にでれない状況ですので、思い切ってレッズでプレーする道を選んだって処ですかね。チャンスが回ってきたら思い切ってプレーしてほしいですね。期待しています。余談ですが、本間選手も元レッズですから、面白い因縁ですね。

山形への期限付き移籍となった山岸範宏は日本代表への招集歴も持つ実力派のベテラン選手ですが、今季は日本代表GK西川周作が加入した余波でベンチ入りすらできていませんでした。ヤマザキナビスコカップでも予選リーグ第1節から第7節までベンチのみで、出場はならず。こうなると、本人が移籍を志願するのはもちろん、他クラブからもリストアップを受けることは必然の流れとも言えます。
山形は正GKの清水健太が5月31日のJ2第16節・大分戦で負傷離脱しており、純粋にGKの絶対数も不足する状況になっていました。これを受けて、先週にユース所属のGK摂津颯登を2種登録。摂津は全国的にも知られている大型GKではありますが（いい選手です）、まだ高校生ですから、これはあくまで緊急避難的な措置だったのでしょう。こうした山形側のGK需要と出場機会を欲する山岸側の意思が合致する形で今回の移籍が成立したものと思われます。
一方、山岸を放出する浦和は、今季のGKを西川、山岸に加藤順大を加えた3人体制としていました。このままでは第3GK不在ですので、こちらも緊急補強が必要です。ただ、こちらの場合は「第3GKなのでベンチにも入れない可能性が高いですが、来て下さい。あと、正GKは日本代表ですよ」という状態。「出場機会」を求めるようなGKは「行きます」とは、まず言ってくれません。となると、もともと出場機会のない状態だった選手、しかも実績のない選手に白羽の矢を立てることになるわけです。
水戸から浦和へ期限付き移籍となった岩舘直はプロ3年目の25歳。神奈川の名門・旭高校の出身（水内猛さんの母校ですね）です。私は高校時代の彼を観ているはずですが、正直に言ってそれほど強く記憶に残ってはいません。高校卒業後はアルテ高崎へ。2010年、2011年シーズンはアルテの正GKとして活躍しました。この11年にアルテ高崎がJFLから退会したのを機に水戸のセレクションを受けて移籍しています。
ここまでリーグ戦への出場歴はなく、昨季はアキレス腱断裂による長期離脱という苦汁の経験もしています。そして今季はベンチ入りもありません。水戸としても出しても大きな問題のない戦力ですし、浦和にしてみるとGKの絶対数が足りないという状態はリスクマネジメントとして避ける必要がある。そして岩舘にしても、浦和からのオファーは悪くない話でしょう。確かに出場機会が巡ってくる可能性は低いですが、決してノーチャンスではないですからね。
